Personal Assistant – Ref # 04/10/2019

The position would suit an enthusiastic, vibrant individual who thrives on working under pressure while being meticulous in handling all tasks delegated to them.  All the regular secretarial functions would be required. Must be effective and efficient in general office management systems.  Must be responsible, reliable and accountable as the person will work independently.

Position Requirements: Matric • Previous experience as a PA recommended • Very high level of discretion / confidentiality • Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking and time management • High level of competence in using Microsoft Office package, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook • Solid communication and excellent relationship skills with a consultative approach • Above average Numeracy and Analytical skills.
