Member Relationship Consultant – Ref # 05/04

Key Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving Member Services escalated queries, as well as attending to requests for cancellation and sales related complaints, as well as other serious service related queries and complaints • Prioritize and attend to all unsatisfied member complaints within the specified service level agreement • Answering email, call and face to face meetings with members • Reporting iro functions • Manage the process of retaining as many Members, through customer loyalty and brand initiatives • Finding suitable resolutions to all member queries that are received telephonically and electronically.

The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including Saturdays.

Person Requirements: • Matric • Working knowledge of the leisure industry (will be an advantage) • Flexible working hours and overtime if and when required • Previous call centre experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to deal with members in a professional and courteous manner • Above average computer literacy • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
