IT Helpdesk Coordinator – Ref # 13/09/19
The successful candidate will work with the Group customers and internal staff. Responsibilities will include maintaining computer software licences and library; create reports and backups; confirm anti virus up to date; place orders and liaise with suppliers; log work orders and be the 1st line of support for the IT department; stock control using Pastel

The ideal applicant will have: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, preferably bilingual • Working exposure in a computer environment with full understanding of IT abbreviations and language • Good interpersonal skills • Strong customer focus and an ability to research and solve support issues either independently or in a team

Essential Requirements:
• ICDL, A+ or similar qualification • ITIL, N+, Security+ and Windows/Linux Operating system support distinct advantage • Previous experience in a similar environment • Pastel experience would be advantageous
